The resort is well placed with spacious rooms. I liked the concept of a twin room villa. Nice for a big group. However the place lacks maintenance. We had issues with the water for the bathroom. During our 3 night stay, the room was not cleaned and became dirty. After 2 days the place ran out of fresh towels. Will recommend only for Visiting with a large group and for one night stay.

Th location is good, however there are issues, though the place and the villa were well planned and should be a very good place. But the maintenance is poor. The rate is premium but the facility is low class. Bed and furniture were at bad shape, The bathrooms were neat but the ground floor bathroom window is broken and not good for ladies. There is a flimsy glass door on each of the 3 rooms in that Villa which can be easily opened or broken from outside. NOT at all safe and also one room is very close to road which has gate that does lot have lock and also the glass door as mentioned is flimsy and not Safe at all. This place is not suitable for families. No intercom to reach them they share a mobile number if you have a bad network you need to run to reception for every service. To get the basic soap and towel or get water or tea you need to run to reception. Food is pathetic. No complimentary breakfast for the charges taken, no additional facility like indoor games or pool etc though charges were at 3 Star level. Manager has been trained to say yes for everything. They could not give even a towel says all were drenched in rain, pathetic service. My suggestion to management this is potentially a good property with nice location but you are destroying it with your low maintenance and service. If you could not maintain and could not service better thats fine, but don't charge premium and fool us. A premium charge requires decent maintenance and service. If that's not happening it means day light robbery.

Please do not book and stay.. Reasons are 1. No intercom facility to contact for room service 2. Hither Ali time (very old) glasset 3. Only 3 cars can be parked freely. But there are 11 rooms. Everybody came by car. So no parking facility for all the cars. 4. No room service. U cannot get single tea in morning hours. 5. No internet facility for room 6. Both room tiles are slipping. 7. Glassets are shaking.

The location is good and not very far from the main place, though one needs his own transport. The manager Mr. Mohanraj was very courteous and helpful and also the staff. The rooms were spacious and quite clean too. Food was reasonably priced and was ok. The service was quite good and the staff were quite supportive and respectful too. We had a night's stay and overall it was good. It seems they have a few activities like camp fire, star gazing etc during seasons.
